The Lake and Enviornment Committee represented by John Jamieson and eight volunteers held their 4th annual fishing derby on Saturday June 11, 2016. This year the event was held in the late afternoon and though the day was cloudy with patchy sun and one passing shower, a good number of anglers attended-over 35. The fish too were active and a record number of fish were hauled in, 30 in all! Last year's total was 15. The largest fish, snagged by Rick Osbourne was 17.5 inches - 7.5 inches bigger than the prior year.  A raffle was also held.
The winners were as follows:

Largest Fish-Rick Osbourne
Prize -most fish caught- William DeVito
Prize- Hunter Cochran
Prize- Emily Barlotta (won most fish caught 2015)
Prize-Bentlee Kimble
