DUES SCHEDULE
INCLUDING FEES & PENALTIES

The annual dues statement for 2011 has now been mailed to all property owners and
 are due and payable no later than May 31, 2011.

All delinquent homeowners have now been contact by certified mail.

As of February 1, 2010, formal collection proceedings have commenced.
Delinquencies continue to be sent to the Pike County Magistrate for hearings for judgement.

For those homeowners who have refused to pay dues or contact the office,
 you will soon receive collections notices from Sunrise Credit Services, Inc.  SLPOA has contracted Sunrise Credit Services, Inc. to collect monies owed the association.

Please note, delinquent homeowners are now liable not only for all outstanding dues and fees including interest,
 but for all additional collection costs as well.

All past dues amounts include late fees ($10 per month), postal charges and 15% interest applied to all amounts.  If your account is placed with the collection agency, additional fees may be applied.
